1. We carefully sort all of our products listed for sale into categories to make them easy to be found by customers looking for that special item. It is our goal to make this an easy shopping experience for you and we welcome feedback on how to do a better job.
2. We recognize that no one likes to wait for things. For that reason we make it a point to ship all products out of our warehouse within 24 hours so that it arrives at your door step within 2 to 5 days. (usually 2 days)
3. We make ourselves available to answer any questions you may have in a timely matter. We are here to assist you in finding that one special item you really want AND we will find it for you. That is our promise.
4. We keep our prices fair and reasonable and when ever possible offer free shipping. Our agenda is to help you keep more of your money not to get rich by over pricing our products.
5. We communicate with you and make sure that you are always up to date with the status of your order.
6. We provide all of our customers with a tracking number after their item has shipped and check with you to make sure it has been received.
7. We always welcome you back with a smile.
We have a Returns Policy. If the product your ordered appears to be damaged or is not what you ordered please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order and explain what the problem is in complete detail.
In most cases you will be able to exchange the item or get a refund if it is found to be damaged or if we made a mistake. The last thing we want to do is stick you with something you didn't order. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority at FDarnell Web Stores.
